Took our son to his appt last Thursday The office was closed, lights off and no one around. They had just called two days before to confirm the appt. no word from Dr Wallace’s office whatsoever. Parkview is being very tight lipped about what the heck is going on. Meanwhile, we’re scrambling to get the mess our son needs. The office Parkview referred us to in pierceton was no help at all. If anyone has info on this whole thing, we would appreciate the info!
Could not reach the staff, talked to an on call nurse instead who implied heavily that I should find another doctor. It would appear Dr. Wallace is no longer practicing.

I've heard through the grapevine that she has told others about her patients. Patient confidentiality, but what do I know? She is a joke. Dr Wallace didn't tell one of her patients that the patient had mono & Dr Wallace told the patient to go to work. The patient found out from "myChart" that this said patient had mono. Dr Wallace isn't really a professional, it sounds like.
Given the reviews I was hesitant. But after meeting with Dr. Wallace my impression of her is nothing but polite and caring. She took the time to sit and speak with me. Asked about my journey into transitioning. I really felt at ease with her and her staff. I am currently using her as my HRT Dr and I will be using her as my PC as well. I could see a primary doctor that isn't an hour and a half away. But when you find a good doctor, you stick with them.
